Trinity Christian School is now 34 years old!
From humble beginnings, TCS has grown in leaps over the years as it continues to bring quality Christian education to all Trinitarians. It has been 34 years of receiving God's goodness manifested in so many ways and experienced by every individual connected to the school.
Over the years, TCS population has grown in numbers, a clear indication that slowly but surely it has made its mark in the community as a pillar of good education.
The fact that the school has encountered a lot of milestones over the years is no secret to everyone. As a school that does not compromise quality education, it has its share of difficulties and challenges.Yet slowly but surely, it has started reaping the seeds it has sown in the lives of the students.
It's a joy to hear that TCS alumni are passing their board exams one after the other. Recently 4 alumni have passed the grueling CPA board exam. They are Philippe Jan dela Cruz and Chino Dongon of batch 2006 and Jelyn Lois Lim and Dessa Marie Medina of batch 2005.
The school's student athletes are making waves as they conquer competitions . Recently, the badminton players aced another competition during the 2010 Li-Ning Masskara Badminton Invitational Game last October 16-17, 2010. Carl Tan won as champion in the 8 under boys singles with John Ababao as the 1st runner-up while Cheska Kaye Lomugdang emerged as the champion in the 8 under girls single division.
Nikki Servando once again captured the limelight by winning the following awards:
18 under Girls Singles - Champion
18 under Girls Double - Champion
Women's Doubles Class A - Champion
Mixed Doubles Class A - 1st Runner up
Just last week, Timothy James Tan placed as one of the top 15 finalists in the semi- finals of Brand's Asia-Pacific Sudoku Challenge 2010 in Singapore.
And on and on the story goes.
Indeed there is a sure reason to celebrate the school's founding anniversary. This is a time of rejoicing, a time of celebration as the school is looking forward for more blissful years ahead.
