Indeed, these awards only prove that Trinitarians are not just excelling in Academics but can also compete with the best of them when it comes to sports and recreation. But more than the accolades, medals and citations, what really matters are the life lessons and the experiences that every kind of sport inculcates in the hearts and characters of every athlete.

Competing in sports enables our young athletes to attain many essential lessons in life – working hard to improving and reaching their true athletic potential; working together as part of a group to reach a common goal; dealing with success and failure; and overcoming adversity as a state of the mind which will serve them well for the rest of their lives.
