This is so in their desire to strive for excellence, and the fact is - their efforts really paid off!

The MTAP Dep Ed Math Challenge is an annual contest sponsored by the Metrobank with the coordination of the Department of Education. This is participated in by elementary and high school students coming from both private and public schools. This contest challenges the mathematical prowess of the participants.
As one parent commented "In this contest, there is neither rich nor poor student. Everyone is equal and what matters most is the mathematical ability of the contestants to solve the intricate questions".
Meanwhile, Ostin John Ong and Joenelle Plotena will represent the Division of Bacolod to the MTAP Regional contest in the team category being the champion in the 4th year HS Division and Ostin will also represent the same division in the individual challenge category.
