The co-curricular program is designed to supplement the academic experiences of the students. It is intended to instill and reinforce values and attitude formation such as cooperation, responsibility, leadership, sportsmanship, and the like. The program also aims at discovering and actualizing interests and potentials among students. All students are encouraged to choose an activity and participate fully in it.

1. Student Government. The Supreme Trinitarian Council (STC) is recognized by the school as the sole representative of the student body by virtue of its constitution and by-laws. Election is held once every school year, supervised by the MOCA. Aside from the officers, each grade level from the elementary and high school selects two representatives to compose the student council.

2. Student Publication. The Trinitarian Ensemble (TE) for high school and Trinitarian Junior (TJ) for elementary are the official school papers of the school. They are the testing grounds for students who have literary abilities and talents. Appointment to staff positions is by competitive examination which is held once every school year.

The TE editor-in-chief is not eligible for any other highest position in other organizations, such as class organization.

3. Sports Training. Students can choose to train in one sport, at most two from among: basketball, volleyball, track and field, swimming, badminton, or other sports training that will be made available.

4. Campus Ministry. This takes various forms such as prayer groups, fellowships, Bible Study and the like.

6. Interest clubs. Students may form interest /activity clubs. These clubs vary from year to year and are announced at the start of the school year.

7. Community service. Tie up with community service groups.

8. Cultural Activities. Cultural programs and presentations to commemorate special days and events are planned throughout the school year. Student participation in these take different forms. Attendance of all students is required just as in regular classes.

9. Quiz shows, spelling bees, science, math and other contests, etc. These are   programs in and out of school that promotes excellence in various academic fields by way of competition.

10. Field trips and excursions. These out-of-school activities are planned to enhance learning experiences. Participation of all students is encouraged but those who cannot join are given special assignments as substitute for the missed learning experience. Students who do not go out with field trips are required to report to school since this is considered class time.
